The company

VI.EL.THA. is a new company which produces extra virgin olive oil and extra virgin olive oil of organic farming. The comletion of the production soon will also involve other olive oil products such as table olives, olive pate and olive oil soap. The main principles of the company is respect to nature and faith in sustainable development. Towards this philosophy, part of the investment involves the convertion of waste into compost, to be used as a fertilizer.
