It is a non-profit organization with the aim of serving and protecting the interests of the processing, packaging and marketing (trading/exporting) of the Greek table olives varieties, bearing in mind its designation as "National Product". At the same time, the Union is committed to represent its members to all authorities and organizations both in Greece and the European Union as well as in third countries.
