Patafritas S.A. is a multi-brand company in Food & Beverage sector. The company is specialized in creating and developing grill, fast food, restaurant and cafe concepts. In its strategy of expansion penetration in Western European and Balkan countries is included through franchising. The main brand of expansion is ‘Olive Oil & Oregano’, an open kitchen BBQ concept with innovative set up, serving grilled meat such as variety of ‘Souvlaki’ and ‘Gyros’ among other local favorites. Outlets in Sofia – Bulgaria and Birmingham – UK are already operating while in September 2012 a new one will open at Olympic Park of London, in Stratford City.
