Food Allergens Labs consist of 4 analytical labarotories (in Greece, Cyprus and Poland) providing microbiological, chemical and molecular tests for foodstuffs, feedingstuffs, water, supplements and cosmetics. Also Food Allergens Labs provide rapid detection methods (for on-site Q.C.), CRMs and QuEChERS (for testing laboratories), food trainings, Food Labelling checks ( to conform to E.U., FDA/USA or other food legislation) and R&D.
