The company
The Cooperative has 260 members from the appellation zone. It vinifies about 80% of the total ‘robola’ grown annually. The Cooperative was formed to promote ‘robola’ and to protect the interests of the grape growers in the zone. Its pricing policies and its efforts to modify and improve production have stimulated interest in viticulture, and planting is now on the rise. The Cooperative aims to promote organic farming, to improve the quality of wine and to provide incentives to young growers.
