The Agricultural Cooperative of production – processing -trading of garlic Vissas N.Evrou , was founded in 2009 and it’s the first garlic
cooperative in Greece.Its aim is the production , processing- standardization and trade of the product .It’s housed in a 2.000m2 facility and owns
a line of sorting, processing and packing and extra freezers to preserve the garlics in top quality during the entire year. It has 2.000 tones
availability of garlic in different kinds of packing during the entire year.
This garlic is a local variety of garlic which which dates back to 1923.It has a rich aromatic potential and is of white colour with purple
iridescence
