Our vision is to create a world-leading olive oil estate that will produce a range of exceptional extra virgin olive oils with distinct organoleptic characteristics.
Ootopia, our Single Estate Iliokastro EVOO, is a premium organic monocultivar from the Koroneiki variety, very aromatic with spicy notes and bitterness in excellent balance. It covers a wide taste palette, from spicy and bitter to smooth and sophisticated appropriate for creative uses in Gastronomy. Manaki and an exceptional Blend of Koroneiki & Manaki varieties complete the ootopia range.

• We have adopted sustainable growing practices to support the environment and minimize our carbon footprint.
• We are not EVOO nationalists, but EVOO perfectionists. It is in our plans to create olive oils from Spanish and Italian varieties.
• Transparency is one of our core values. Our olive oil can be traced every step of the way from the olive tree to your table.
Our main focus is exports in EU countries, US and South-East Asia.
