The company
HRISAFI is a family affair established in 1983 on the island of Limnos, a volcanic island located in the Northern Aegean Sea. The main products of the company treat its customers and the numerous visitors of the island with delicacies and local specialities using traditional recipes kept secret through centuries and only pure products of the highest quality. HRISAFI produces a wide variety of traditional Greek cheeses like Feta PDO, Kalathaki of Limnos PDO, Melicloro and Kaskavali as well as special Rusks and Flomaria (traditional pasta similar to noodles).
