    \u00a0<\/strong>Development of Trust Leader Training Programme (TLTP).<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Production of Handbook for implementing Trust Leaders in SMEs.<\/li>\n
    2. Development of On-line \u2018Container\u2019 for IO1 & IO2.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Upon completion of the project:<\/p>\n

      If a workplace can foster a strong sense of trust within the organisation a number of benefits can follow including:<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Increased productivity.
      \n\u2022 Improved morale amongst employees and staff.
      \n\u2022 The ability to work more effectively as a team.
      \n\u2022 Reduce the time to make and discuss key issues as each individual trusts in the judgement and expertise of their colleagues.<\/p>\n
